Here we left the foundation and 

some walls and remodeled it  into this beautiful house.

2 story residence 4500 sq. feet

This house we re-stuccoed using a smooth finish

We installed new windows and used a clear finish on the wood

The side gates are made of douglas fur wood and are also clear finished.

 

 

These are the front entry doors which have a clear finish

We installed new 25 year dimensional fiberglass comp roof material

The rear doors are the same throughout the house and match the windows

If you look at the door you will see that we made them flush with the ceiling

We also do not have any casing for the doors

 

 

 

TV TV TV TV What a cabinet

This holds a stereo system and a full surround system.

 

 

 

 

This is the back of the stereo cabinet that you see 

when you enter the house. The cabinet helps to divide the rooms.

We used walnut wood and dark brown stain

The floors are maple with a honey stain

 

 

 

These module cabinets are in the same room as the TV cabinet

They have drawers and open shelves

Here to,  we used walnut and brown stain.

The doors are touch latch for easy opening and glasses fit great inside.

We added this 2nd floor over the garage.

The room is used as a media room.

We installed 2 glass 5 panel side lites and 

1 single door with small upper glass panels

This is a foundation or footing which holds up the walls of the structure

You are seeing the stage where the footing is excavated, 

steel has been installed and cement is being added.

 

 

 

This is a front view of the garage we are installing the cement into the foundation. You can see the steel columns at the front.  These are used to help support the structure above the garage door for added stability during an earthquake
